Part 1
Fill
- 1Warm the honey gently and fill each jar, leaving a little headspace. Wipe rims and lid.

Part 2
Bind
- 2Hold a dipper against the side of each jar and wrap linen twine around both three times.
- 3Tuck a lavender or thyme sprig under the twine before tying the knot.

Part 3
Label
- 4Add a round label to the lid with your names, a date, or just the honey's name.
