Part 1

Steep

  1. 1Stir ½ cup rose petals and ¼ cup hibiscus into the honey in one large clean jar. Petals must be completely dry.
  2. 2Cap and leave somewhere warm for 5–7 days, turning the jar upside down once a day.

Part 2

Strain and fill

  1. 3Warm the jar gently in hand-hot water, then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  2. 4Fill the small jars and drop two or three fresh dried petals on top of each for looks.

Part 3

Finish

  1. 5Tie a bow of blush ribbon around each neck.
  2. 6Label: 'Rose & hibiscus honey. Stir into tea, drizzle on yogurt.' Keeps for months at room temperature.
