Infusions
Vanilla Bean Honey
A split vanilla bean and a light honey. In a week it tastes like the inside of a bakery.

Drinks
Honey, Lemon & Thyme Tea
Fresh thyme steeped in hot water with lemon and a light floral honey. Bright, herbal, and quietly restorative.

Breakfast
Ricotta, Figs & Orange Blossom Honey
The best breakfast requires no cooking. Good bread, fresh ricotta, ripe figs, and a honey that tastes like citrus flowers.

Drinks
Honey Lemonade with Mint
Lemonade sweetened with honey instead of sugar has more depth and a softer edge. Use a light honey so the lemon stays bright.
