A toddy with a knob of butter melted into it, and enough chili honey to warm the back of your throat.

Warm 6 oz water with a cinnamon stick and a pinch of crushed chili; don't boil.

Stir in 1½ tbsp honey, the juice of half a lemon and 2 oz bourbon (or leave it out).

Add 1 tsp butter and stir until it melts and the drink turns glossy.
