Warm ½ cup honey with 2 crushed dried chilies, 1 tsp smoked paprika and a grated garlic clove.

Add 2 tbsp cider vinegar and simmer gently 5 minutes.

Off the heat, whisk in 1 tbsp butter. Brush onto wings or ribs for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
