Make the Crockpot Hot Honey Chicken: thighs, honey, hot sauce, smoked paprika and garlic on LOW 4–6 hours, then shred into the sauce.

Toss 3 cups finely shredded cabbage with 1 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tsp honey and a pinch of salt. Chill while you toast the buns.

Butter and toast brioche buns cut-side down in a hot pan until golden.

Pile the chicken onto the bottom buns, top with slaw and pickles, and finish with a thin drizzle of honey.

Close, press gently, and eat right away.
