Soft butter beaten with honey and salt until it is pale and light. Keep it on the counter and it will disappear onto everything.

Let 1 cup butter come fully to room temperature.

Beat 3–4 minutes until pale, then beat in 3 tbsp honey and ½ tsp flaky salt.

Scrape into a jar. Good on cornbread, biscuits, roasted squash and grilled corn.
